• Partner’s legal ops are critical to enabling their 250+ member legal team to serve their teammates and patients across every function of the company. • Advance internal operations, contract and regulatory processes, and research capabilities through technology and AI-enabled software. • Become the in-house subject matter expert on the legal team product needs. • Drive the full product lifecycle to ensure maximum value delivery. • Serve as the resident expert on the legal technology market. • Lead in roadmap planning and story mapping. • Measure success based on value created (or loss mitigated), leveraging product analytics to make informed decisions. • Identify and track objectives and key results (OKRs) for outcome-based advancements. • Perform end-user shadowing/interviews and collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to identify and understand user problems to solve. • Partner with IT and Product teams to navigate internal processes and inform sprint activities for internal development when needed. • Collaborate closely with Partner’s core security, compliance, and IT risk teams to ensure software delivery meets all enterprise requirements on time.
• Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on 4+ digital products • Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, deliver to tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains • Experience writing requirements for user stories and software features • Familiarity with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) systems, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Legal AI tools • Experience managing vendor evaluations, running RFP processes, and overseeing external software implementations • Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch • Industry experience can be an invaluable substitute for direct product management skills. • Candidates with a background in legal operations, legal tech, or AI-enabled software will be strongly considered
