📋 Description

• Lead the organization’s point of view on external and emerging technology • Act as the internal subject matter expert for emerging technology • Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and strategic positioning in healthcare technology innovation • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new digital innovation initiatives • Conduct market research, discovery, and requirements gathering • Launch and validate pilots • Translate innovation strategy into a roadmap that drives business outcomes • Identify and prioritize high-impact external technology use cases • Champion an agile “test and learn” methodology • Manage proof-of-concept processes and quick-to-market experiments • Validate technical feasibility, user adoption, and financial ROI before scaling • Translate customer needs and technical insights into product specifications and requirements • Define user stories, functionality, and constraints for new technology capabilities • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, regulatory, operations, and external vendors • Build, test, and deploy compliant, safe, reliable, and integrated solutions • Define and analyze OKRs to measure innovation pilot impact, performance, and financial value • Use data to decide whether to pivot, kill, or scale initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 6+ years of experience as a product manager • Strong track record of launching successful software products • Preferred experience within an innovation lab, incubator, technology consulting, or managing emerging technology products • Strong understanding of market technology trends, including advanced AI/ML, automation, and digital health tools • Ability to think big picture and navigate a high degree of ambiguity • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable pilots with measurable outcomes • Track record of building and advocating for new business cases • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence executives, inspire teams, and defend strategic ideas • Experience with the healthcare industry and technology used within it • Knowledge of value-based care or chronic disease management is a plus • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% • Ability to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls as necessary • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary • Ability to lift 25 lbs for positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required when driving is an essential job function
