📋 Description

• Define project objectives aligned with current ways of working • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle • Manage impacts of dependency systems • Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders for a mission-critical clinical data repository • Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage project deliverables, goals, and milestones for PATH workstreams • Create detailed work plans identifying activities, resources, and objectives • Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, resource requirements, and assumptions • Map complex dependencies across clinical workflows, billing, and offline capabilities • Provide day-to-day direction and oversight for project teams • Monitor progress against goals and adjust plans or resources to meet customer and clinical needs • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor resource utilization • Implement review and quality assurance procedures • Identify and track tasks to completion and resolve blockers • Create and execute project plans while monitoring timelines and resource allocation • Coordinate communication with stakeholders affected by scope, budget, risk, and resources • Report project status, metrics, scope, and schedule to leadership and team members • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans • Identify, resolve, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, with a preference for software or clinical application projects • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Teams • PMP certification preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary • Ability to remain stationary at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead • Hand-eye coordination to operate computers and office equipment • Close vision, tolerance of fluorescent lighting, and ability to adjust focus • For roles requiring business travel/event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs • For roles requiring business travel/event attendance, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
