• personally recruit the first members and spot the people who'll become the board • find, vet, and install the chapter's first officers • establish weekly meetings and the routines that build culture in the first semester • execute your first Endless Game & Content Jam
🎯 Requirements
• current college student, enrolled through 2026–27 • comfortable with outreach and speaking publicly about Endless and its mission • strong judge of people
