• Perform reviews pursuant to SRA requirements, including Appendix IV reviews • Work with agents and underwriters on errors and corrections • Provide oral and written communication to agents, insureds, and adjusters regarding reviews • Collaborate with ASNA employees and contractors on quality control review matters • Communicate review and case determinations, including proposed corrective actions, to the Regional Quality Control Supervisor • Stay current on, interpret, and communicate RMA and SRA rules and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Work with a high level of autonomy and limited supervision
• High School/GED or equivalent experience • Associate’s Degree in Agriculture or similar field preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ MPCI crop adjusting or related crop insurance experience preferred • Strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to handle multiple assignments and coordinate projects with changing priorities • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment • Sound judgment and decision-making ability • Ability to perform sedentary work and meet specified hearing and visual acuity requirements • Willingness/ability to travel up to 10% for trainings and meetings
