• 8+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment • Strong communicator: responsive, candid, clear in your opinions • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and modern billing/revenue engines (e.g., BillingPlatform) • Understanding of how pricing changes impact departments • Analytical rigor with complex metrics like LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity • Driven by building systems and automating manual tasks • Deep care for client success • Highly collaborative across teams
