📋 Description

• Analyze engage2learn survey results and ad-hoc data needs using appropriate correlation, trend, and comparison methods • Build dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting used by partners and internal stakeholders • Deliver data readouts and presentations to internal and external partners • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences • Safeguard the integrity of survey instruments through validity checks, benchmarking, and appropriate interpretation • Identify reporting automation opportunities and feed requirements back into system design • Support migration of existing survey instruments into new platforms • Translate scoring and reporting logic into build requirements • Validate migrations through historical back-testing and resolve discrepancies with engineering • Validate survey and district data flows for completeness and accuracy • Design and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows for survey administration, data cleaning, and reporting • Write data requirements and validate engineering deliverables • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across survey and data systems • Escalate or coordinate issues with engineering as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data analysis, educational research, program evaluation, or a related field • Comfortable with correlation, trend, and comparison analysis • Judgment to select appropriate analytical methods and identify what results do not support • Fluency in at least one analysis language—Python, Stata, or R—preferred • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations for non-technical audiences using QuickSight, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools • Comfortable presenting data findings and analysis directly to partners or leadership • Working understanding of survey measurement concepts, including scale construction, reverse coding, response thresholds, and sampling • Experience performing quality assurance or user acceptance testing on reports and data outputs • Fluency with AI tools for analysis, code drafting and checking, data cleaning, and reporting automation, with judgment to verify outputs • Ability to identify automation opportunities and build simple automations without engineering support • Experience building automations preferred • Working knowledge of survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to synthesize detailed information, make appropriate decisions, and know when to escalate issues • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, research, or education-related field, or equivalent experience • Background check and drug screening required
