🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5 + years of leadership experience • 5+ years of Front-end Revenue Cycle, Patient Access or Pre Access experience in an acute environment • Deep knowledge of EPIC build, functionality and relevant roadmap. • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI, success in translating AI into Business outcomes, and the ability to move teams from experimentation to scale. • Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required • Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure • Demonstrated experience ​implementing strategic initiatives including alignment of company goals and vision with operational execution • Financial and project management experience required • Ability to effectively lead diverse teams and influence change management • Effective communication skills with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas. • Certification: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire; CHAM preferred.
