📋 Description

• Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations • Implement and maintain systems for accurate data processing and healthcare regulatory compliance • Install and configure IT systems and applications to meet operational requirements • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues • Apply security protocols and updates to safeguard data integrity and compliance • Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records and audit readiness • Collaborate with internal teams to support technology needs and resolve technical challenges • Execute backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data and minimize downtime • Provide technical support for end-users
