• Organizes and Coordinates Activities of Assigned Staff • Handles and Solves Problems Related to Area of Assignment • Works in Conjunction with Patient Access Manager to Develop and Coach Staff • Conducts and Oversees Orientation and Training of Patient Access Staff • Performs Revenue Cycle Tasks to Ensure Compliance and Excellent Customer Service • Assists Patient Access Manager with Day-to-Day Operations • Assigns and Coordinates Staff Schedule • Responsible for Upfront Collection Process Tracking and Monitoring • On-Call Rotation Including Days, Nights, and Weekends as Necessary • Conducts Audits to Ensure Acceptable Performance and Provides Coaching and Education as Necessary
• 1 to 3 Years of Supervisory Experience • 2 Year/ Associate Degree or 4 Year/ Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to Lead/Direct Others • High Degree of Analytical Ability • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Registration, Insurance, Scheduling, and/or Verification and Hospital Billing • Demonstrated Advanced Usage of AI and Management of Teams Using AI
