📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-scale products and features from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities • Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements for engineering, design, and cross-functional teams • Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful product experiences • Use qualitative and quantitative data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and prioritization • Drive integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product • Evaluate product performance using metrics and feedback loops to improve outcomes • Advocate for customers by understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows in mental and behavioral healthcare • Collaborate within a high-performing team environment • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of product management experience, including managing small to medium-scale product lifecycles • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution • Experience using data, research, and customer insights for product decisions • Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities • Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities • Customer-first mindset and passion for products improving lives, especially in mental or behavioral healthcare
