📋 Description
• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients on all RCM-related matters • Lead audits and diagnose billing inefficiencies, payment delays, and denial issues • Use data tools and client insights to deliver operational improvements • Communicate clearly and credibly with clients, executives, and technical teams • Uncover root causes and create strategic remediations for provider clients • Work with product and AI teams to deliver long-term automation
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in RCM consulting or advanced revenue cycle operations • Proficiency in payer rules, denial workflows, and healthcare data analysis • Clear communication and excellent client relationship skills • Strong analytical toolset, including Excel, SQL, and dashboards
