📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers interested in Entera listings or offers • Work a high volume of inbound and outbound leads provided directly by Entera • Follow Entera’s sales playbooks and processes to qualify prospects, present opportunities, negotiate offers, and move deals forward • Manage multiple deals at once while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and momentum • Represent Entera with professionalism, integrity, and composure at all times

🎯 Requirements

• Active real estate license, or inactive license eligible for reactivation • Experienced realtor with hands-on, high-volume transaction experience • 100+ career transactions strongly preferred • Background in institutional buyers, brokerages, or investor-focused real estate environments is a plus • Comfortable managing many deals at once and keeping transactions moving efficiently • Experience with software systems that support the sales and transaction process (CRMs, deal management tools, etc.) • Understand how to follow structured sales processes while using judgment and negotiation skills • Confident communicating with buyers, sellers, and agents
