📋 Description

• Monitor sponsor health metrics, risk-monitoring dashboards, and portfolio analytics across Enterprise's national sponsor portfolio • Analyze sponsor, guarantor, and affiliate financial statements • Prepare multi-year financial models, risk assessments, and organizational health evaluations • Synthesize financial, operational, governance, and market information into executive summaries and actionable recommendations • Develop sponsor support strategies, stabilization plans, and capacity-building recommendations • Identify portfolio-wide patterns, recurring challenges, and systemic risks from REO schedules and other data • Use Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, advanced Excel solutions, dashboards, and data visualization to improve assessments and reporting • Design, test, and improve analytical tools, prompts, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes • Coordinate communications and document findings, recommendations, action plans, and decisions • Engage with sponsor and guarantor leadership, finance teams, and external stakeholders • Support risk-rating methodologies, monitoring frameworks, assessment criteria, and performance indicators • Coordinate technical assistance, strategic interventions, and cross-functional support efforts • Maintain compliance with policies governing sensitive information • Assess and summarize portfolio and market data for contractual engagements • Enhance Sponsor Support policies, procedures, analytical frameworks, and best practices • Perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, commercial banking, credit underwriting, FP&A, investment analysis, management consulting, risk management, affordable housing finance, or real estate finance • Advanced proficiency in financial statement analysis, including liquidity, cash flow, leverage, profitability, net asset position, and organizational financial health • Ability to perform complex financial modeling, trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments using advanced Excel and other analytical tools • Experience synthesizing complex financial, operational, and organizational information into concise executive recommendations • Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts to financial and non-financial audiences • Ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior organizational leaders • Intellectual curiosity, professional judgment, integrity, and accountability • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills • Ability to travel periodically for sponsor meetings, project site visits, conferences, and team meetings • Ability to conduct onsite assessments at multifamily housing properties and organizational offices, including exposure to outdoor weather, construction environments, and active project sites • Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently • Experience with AI-enabled technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, automation platforms, LLMs, or similar solutions preferred • Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, reports, prompts, workflows, or analytical tools preferred • Knowledge of credit analysis methodologies, risk-rating frameworks, portfolio monitoring, or organizational health assessments preferred • Experience evaluating nonprofit organizations, affordable housing developers, community development organizations, or mission-driven enterprises preferred • Knowledge of LIHTC programs, affordable housing finance, multifamily housing operations, real estate feasibility analysis, or community development finance preferred • Experience with large datasets and emerging trends, portfolio risks, and strategic opportunities preferred
