📋 Description

• Provide utility and invoice management services for a portfolio of clients • Process client utility invoice data accurately and in a timely manner • Resolve invoice exceptions and ensure correct association and processing • Communicate with utility providers and vendors to address invoice-processing issues • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between account balances and payments • Perform system-generated audits on utility invoices • Coordinate audit resolutions with clients and providers • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and follow-ups • Collaborate with Utility Service Managers and internal teams to meet client needs • Support department metrics and key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with utilities, accounts payable, or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and team members • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively • Strong organizational skills to balance workload effectively • High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience in property management or property management-related software is a plus • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards • Ability to perform sedentary and repetitive work involving substantial wrist, hand, and finger movements • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and extended monitor use • Ability to utilize company-approved GenAI tools • Ability to audit AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and hallucinations • Ability to protect proprietary and personally identifiable information from unauthorized models • Ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts
