📋 Description

• Create and refine detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D • Transform survey data into accurate, high-quality plans • Ensure drawings meet client specifications and design coordinator instructions • Collaborate with engineers and designers • Prepare complete drawing packages for client submittals • Ensure details meet industry and client standards • Contribute to innovative solutions • Help deliver projects on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology, CAD Certification, or equivalent prior work experience • 2–4 years of experience in the design and drafting field • Some Utilities industry knowledge • Proficient in AutoCAD, including X-Refs and understanding coordinate systems • Preferred: Experience within the Oil and Gas Industry, such as Gas Distribution Systems and/or Compressor Stations • Preferred: Basic knowledge of advanced CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or Civil 3D • Excellent communication skills • Organized to stay on task and complete projects within budget • Detail oriented for producing a high-quality package • Self-motivated to build upon previous successes • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, high-quality drawings and collaborating effectively with the team
