• Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments. • Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions. • Once live, continue to engage with the customers over next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions. Monitor transaction penetration over 90 days via monthly reporting. • Responsible for obtaining key metrics that have been identified for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support. • Educating clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. • Partner with team members for regular transactional processes and reporting needs. • Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization. • Own the effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while the customer is in Onboarding. • Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process. • Meeting digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager as well as schedule meetings directly with clients to move the projects forward.
• 2+ years of experience understanding payments workflows and implementation • Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software a plus. • Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings. • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
