πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish and maintain visual management of sales funnel using Salesforce.com β€’ Monitor, track, and report on sales funnel KPIs; communicate gaps to Sales personnel and leadership on a regular basis β€’ Expeditiously enable Sales to identify opportunities for additional pursuit through daily use of Salesforce.com β€’ Ensure all sales activity in Salesforce.com is organized, updated, and accurately recorded β€’ Help Sales and Marketing teams execute campaign directives, including up-selling, cross-selling, product conversions, product upgrades, and price campaigns β€’ Develop supporting content for Sales to utilize in winning new deals β€’ Conduct and/or assist with demos of products and services β€’ Support customer trials and pilots of new products β€’ Work with Customer Service and Shipping to ensure new customer orders are processed through efficient ERP management that corresponds to CRM data β€’ Interface directly with customers by providing on-site and remote product setup and installation, customer training, and product calibration β€’ Continuously develop training and troubleshooting materials β€’ Assist Marketing in improving product manuals and SOPs based on customer feedback β€’ Communicate directly with customers to identify and record systemic business trends across and through the customer base β€’ Provide accurate and actionable market information and insights to EnviroLogix’s Sales and Marketing functions to enable further development of key markets

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree in relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Finance preferred) β€’ Experience using CRM systems; experience with Salesforce.com highly preferred β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
