📋 Description

• Lead employees through coaching, mentoring, training, performance management, and career development • Manage delivery and execution of data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics initiatives • Lead implementation and enhancement of AI for BI and conversational analytics capabilities, including natural language querying, AI-assisted reporting, insight discovery, and self-service analytics • Oversee development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, and optimization models • Establish and enforce standards for responsible AI, model lifecycle management, model monitoring, and analytics governance • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for advanced analytics, AI, and automation • Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and evaluation of emerging technologies and analytical methodologies • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks, standards, and reusable assets • Oversee analytics platforms, tools, and processes for reliability, performance, data quality, and user adoption • Guide advanced statistical analyses and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations • Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, and technology teams on data readiness, model performance, and deployment • Manage and develop data scientists, analysts, and related technical professionals • Influence cross-functional stakeholders on analytics best practices, governance, and data-driven decision-making • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to leadership • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving analytics practices

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, advanced statistical modeling, predictive analytics, optimization techniques, and artificial intelligence • Experience developing and operationalizing AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, large language models, conversational AI, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and AI-enabled analytics platforms • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, and model risk management processes • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational adoption of data-driven decision making • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field required • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or related field preferred • 7 years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence roles required • Previous leadership experience managing analytics, AI, or data science teams, including senior-level professionals required • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale AI and analytics initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and modern machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LangChain or similar technologies • Experience with cloud-based analytics and AI platforms • Strong experience with enterprise business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau • Experience with AI-enabled analytics, conversational analytics, natural language query technologies, and generative AI solutions • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and AI governance frameworks • Envision uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility of all newly hired employees
