📋 Description

• Supports Sales Account Managers (SAMs) by completing administrative needs and resolving operational issues • Acts as a temporary point of contact for Sales Account Managers on PTO • Utilizes Tableau reports for task optimization and management • Assists with account creation, password reset, and updates for InteleViewer, PAL, and InteleShare systems • Coordinates and places orders for Sales Account Managers through the Print Portal or Marketing Team • Creates, Monitors, and provides feedback on strategic PAL Watchlists for Sales Account Managers • Assists with meeting logistics, including preparation, transcription, and follow-up • Provides support to In-Market territories by ensuring alignment of eRIS and Envision CRM data • Inputs data into reports for the designated region and directs inquiries to relevant contacts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience the healthcare or a related industry. • Experience navigating in Radiological Information System (RIS) platform, preferred • Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately • Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment • Ability to continuously “exceed: company and customer expectations
