📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. • Provide technical leadership for Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Oversee Windows and Linux server environments including patching, performance tuning, automation, fault resolution, and lifecycle management. • Manage Citrix ADC/NetScaler environments for load balancing, secure remote access, and authentication integrations. • Lead 24x7 NOC operations including monitoring, escalation management, SLA adherence, incident response, and operational reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 10–15+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience across cloud, virtualization, Microsoft platforms, Citrix, and SRE operations. • 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure engineering teams and/or MSP-managed environments. • Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. • Strong experience managing enterprise operations, vendor governance, and MSP relationships. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
