📋 Description

• Manage assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals • Maintain, build, and create relationships with industry influencers and end users • Source and build upon existing accounts to ensure new and repeat business • Provide daily and strategic direction for sales activities • Achieve and exceed sales quotas • Drive effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives • Assess and manage the sales funnel for quota achievement and planning accuracy • Develop and drive performance objectives, KPIs, and countermeasures • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry professionals • Become a technical and clinical subject matter expert on digital dental solutions, including DTX Studio, X-Guide, IOS, 3D CBCT, portable X-ray, sensors, cameras, and scanners • Review CRM and other tool data to identify and pursue opportunities • Report to the Senior Regional Commercial Director • Interact with sales, sales leadership, marketing, product managers, customer experience teams, vendors, customers, and dental equipment end users • Perform other assigned duties, projects, and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in a conceptual selling environment with long selling cycles of high priced items preferred (e.g. capital equipment, enterprise sales, software/IT sales, national accounts, etc.) • 4+ years of indirect/distributions sales experience • Dental sales experience highly preferred • Exceptional sales and product marketing skills • Strong customer/end-user focus • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of products • Ability to rapidly adapt to Envista’s culture • High energy and ability to work independently • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment • Ability to aggressively pursue sales quotas • Ability to work closely with other Envista brand Territory Sales Managers • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
