β€’ Provide administrative support to executive leadership and senior management β€’ Manage executive calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments β€’ Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential files, reports, and company records β€’ Monitor office workflows and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time β€’ Draft correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and presentations β€’ Coordinate communication between executives, employees, clients, and external partners β€’ Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items for executive leadership β€’ Maintain electronic filing systems and company databases β€’ Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics when required β€’ Support virtual meetings by preparing materials and recording meeting notes β€’ Perform data entry, document management, and other administrative duties as assigned β€’ Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive business information

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus) β€’ Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role preferred but not required β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools β€’ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment β€’ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism β€’ Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
