📋 Description

• Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. • AI Feedback Loop – Spot recurring error patterns, annotate edge cases, and give feedback to improve our product.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence • COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H certifications • 3+ years in home-health QA/OASIS review, utilization review, or clinical documentation QA • Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, Wellsky, etc. • Tech Savvy • Meticulous eye for detail and data-driven mindset • Stellar written and verbal communicator who can translate clinical jargon into clear guidance • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and remote collaboration tools • Reliability counts: Must deliver high-quality reviews consistently • Weekend support: Willingness to support weekend shifts as needed.
