📋 Description

• Advise our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors • Independently implement customer-specific configurations and conduct workshops and training sessions • Support and advise on integrating SAP SuccessFactors into clients' existing process and system landscapes • Analyze, consult, design, and implement applications for defined HR business processes • Support pre-sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications • At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification • Willingness to learn, ability to work independently, and strong team orientation • Strong customer focus • Excellent communication skills • Very good German and English skills • Willingness to travel
