📋 Description

• Generating new business while managing and growing the activity of existing customers • Managing the administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle while developing the skills for progress within the sales team • Accurately placing orders into the system from customer-issued PO’s • Following-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery within customer expectations • Leading open order management, ensuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately • Confirming that all invoicing activity is taking place in a timely and accurate manner • Taking a proactive role with problem resolution at the customer and supplier levels • Learning about the programs available at major vendor suppliers to source products • Assisting customers with Returns issues, order inquiries, and any other requests for information • Developing successful relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments • Assisting with quoting and offering add-on opportunities to customers • Using proper decorum in all communications with customers • Completing projects and additional responsibilities as needed or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience • Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole • Excellent communication/phone skills is a must • Ability to prioritize and multi task is a must • Must be a team player with a positive attitude • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products is a must.
