📋 Description

• Manage each mandate from scoping through longlist creation, outreach, and live conversations • Maintain an accurate overview across all live mandates, including progress, blockers, risks, and required founder involvement • Produce client-facing progress updates and internal metrics covering coverage, response rates, meetings generated, and mandate velocity • Perform quality-control checks to verify data before it reaches clients • Document recurring work into delegable processes • Identify and build automation or AI workflows where appropriate • Prepare client and investor conversations • Capture and close follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Fluent in at least one major European language • Great communication skills
