📋 Description

• Manage inbound patient inquiries by phone, email, web form, and other communication channels • Provide program information and discuss insurance and finances with patients, families, and referents • Route inquiries to appropriate departments and hand off interested families to the Specialist • Collect patient information and enter data into various platforms and systems • Schedule patient screening appointments and conduct reminder calls • Provide live support to patients and families requesting contact • Resolve requests in one contact or manage prolonged and complex issues while maintaining the customer experience • Overcome initial barriers and encourage interested families and patients to continue the admissions process • Document calls • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time and short-term assignment: 20 hours per week for 6 months • Availability Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM EST • 2+ years of experience as a call center representative, customer service representative, and/or patient scheduling • Experience with fast-paced, high-volume inbound call management • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams • Organized and results-driven • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment subject to rapid change and innovation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
