📋 Description

• Manage inbound patient inquiries via phone, email, web forms, and other communication channels • Provide program information and discuss insurance and finances • Route interested families to the Specialist • Document calls • Respond to inquiries quickly and route them to appropriate departments • Collect patient information and enter data into various platforms and systems • Schedule patient screening appointments and conduct reminder calls • Support patients and families requesting live contact • Resolve requests in one contact or manage prolonged and complex issues • Manage customer experience and emotions with high attention to detail • Overcome initial barriers and encourage families and patients to proceed with admissions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time, 20 hours per week • Must be available Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM EST • 2+ years of experience as a call center representative, customer service representative, and/or patient scheduling • Experience with fast-paced, high-volume inbound call management • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams • Organized and results-driven • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment subject to rapid change and innovation • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards • Ability to talk or hear by telephone • Legally authorized to work in the United States
