📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic/telehealth setting • Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT-AR, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, with 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time for administrative tasks • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, family mentors, and outside providers • Use between-session messaging and communicate through Equip’s EMR according to policies and procedures • Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, department meetings, and ongoing training • Maintain home-state licensure and obtain additional state licenses as requested • Complete quality documentation and ongoing assessment of patients’ and families’ needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Minnesota • Ability to support patients of all ages, with co-occurring conditions, diverse backgrounds and cultures, and varying acuity • Passion for evidence-based care and treatment • Ability to provide care two evenings per week until 8pm in the patient caseload’s primary time zone • Enthusiastic, strong team player • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting • Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment • Ability to provide 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care • Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours of direct patient care after 2pm during the week (3pm in Mountain Standard Time) • Ability to attend mandatory meetings • Master’s or Doctoral degree from a mental health counseling/therapy program accredited by CACREP, COAMFTE, CSWE, MPCAC, or an equivalent accrediting body • Fully/independently licensed mental health therapist • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a private workspace • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Willingness to provide care exclusively in a virtual/telehealth environment • Preferred: experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment • Preferred: experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings • Preferred: experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma • Preferred: case management experience and/or experience working closely with a multidisciplinary care team
