• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic/telehealth setting • Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, with 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time for administrative tasks • Participate in initial and ongoing trainings • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, family mentors, and outside providers • Use between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR • Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings • Maintain home-state licensure and obtain additional state licenses as requested • Perform other duties as assigned
• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in West Virginia • Ability to support patients of all ages, with co-occurring conditions, diverse backgrounds and cultures, and varying acuity • Passion for evidence-based care and treatment • Ability to provide care two evenings per week until 8pm in the primary patient time zone • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting • Passion for mental health and eating-disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment • Ability to provide 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care • Ability to commit to at least 16 hours of direct patient care after 2pm during the week (3pm in Mountain Standard Time) • Ability to attend mandatory meetings, including group supervision, treatment huddles, labs/all-hands, and individual supervision • Graduate program in mental health counseling/therapy and successfully completed Master’s or Doctoral degree from a program accredited by CACREP, COAMFTE, CSWE, MPCAC, or an equivalent accrediting body • Experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating-disorder treatment preferred but not required • Experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings preferred but not required • Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma preferred but not required • Case management and/or multidisciplinary care-team experience preferred but not required
