• Oversee daily program operations and care delivery. • Report to the Sr. Director of Therapy and supervise Therapy Leads. • Ensure high quality of care provided by the therapy team. • Provide guidance, accountability, and oversight of staff therapists. • Own the success of your team and flag improvement opportunities. • Participate in interviewing, training, and onboarding of Therapy Leads. • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. • Understand and adhere to Equip’s treatment philosophy. • Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and safety events as needed. • Utilize data and metrics to monitor team performance and guide decisions. • Support quality improvement initiatives and operational goals.
• 5+ years of experience supervising a team of therapists or therapy leaders at varying levels of experience. • 5+ years of experience in treating patients with eating disorders. • Eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment at a growing company. • Ability to identify problems, understand the root cause, and implement solutions. • Ability to safely and effectively deliver evidence-based care in a virtual care model. • Ability to hold a team accountable and guide a team toward success. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and active, unrestricted license within home state. • Eligibility and willingness to be licensed in multiple states or inter-jurisdictional compacts, depending on business needs.
