📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to leaders at all levels on employee relations, performance issues, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and career development • Mentor and advise leaders to resolve routine employee relations or performance issues following best practices • Manage complex employee relations and performance issue cases for assigned business functions and teams • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations • Work with leadership to improve employee relationships, morale, engagement, productivity, and retention • Advise leaders on hiring decisions and workforce planning aligned with organizational strategy • Enable execution of annual performance management programs • Develop and collect People data and reporting to analyze trends, develop solutions, and inform strategic business decisions • Partner with People Operations to ensure adherence to compliance programming, initiatives, and policies • Own and execute special projects and initiatives • Maintain understanding of the business’s financial position, objectives, culture, and competition • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience serving as an HR Business Partner for a high-growth organization • PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification preferred • Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues • Strong working knowledge of compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, performance management, and federal and state employment laws • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders at all levels • Ability to understand needs, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution • Self starter with demonstrated experience taking initiative to continuously improve processes and systems • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient with Google Suite products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead and facilitate trainings • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
