📋 Description

• Care for children and adults with eating disorders through Equip’s 100% virtual telehealth platform • Manage a high-volume patient caseload • Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions • Implement medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, family mentors, and outside providers • Use between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip EMR • Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings • Provide direct patient care, including new-patient and follow-up sessions • Attend mandatory supervision, treatment huddles, labs/all-hands, and individual supervision meetings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner • Maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable • 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting • Primary Care experience preferred • Commitment to excellent evidence-based care, advancing clinical skills, and professional development • Effective communication with patients and patients’ carers • Timely response to messages • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team • Ability to provide direct patient care, including new patients and follow-up sessions • Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday • Ability to commit to working until 6 pm two evenings per week • Ability to attend mandatory meetings • Pacific Working Hours • Ability to provide care exclusively in a virtual/telehealth environment • Reliable internet and a private workspace • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Current Family Nurse Practitioner license(s) and applicable state licenses
