📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic • Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan • Deliver evidence-based treatment, maintain quality documentation, and conduct ongoing patient and family assessments • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, with 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time for administrative tasks • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, family mentors, and outside providers • Use between-session messaging and communicate with the treatment team through Equip's EMR • Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, department meetings, and ongoing training • Maintain home-state licensure and obtain additional state licensure as requested • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Hawaii • Ability to support patients of all ages, with co-occurring conditions, backgrounds, cultures, and varying acuity • Passion for evidence-based care and treatment • Ability to provide care two evenings per week until 8pm in the patient caseload's primary time zone • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting • Ability to provide 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care • Ability to commit to at least 16 hours of direct patient care after 2pm throughout the week • Ability to attend mandatory meetings • Ability to maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients • Willingness to obtain licensure in other states as requested • Graduate program in mental health counseling/therapy and a successfully completed Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited program, as reflected in the required application questions • Ability to provide care exclusively via telehealth with reliable internet and a private workspace • Preferred: experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment • Preferred: experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings • Preferred: experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma • Preferred: case management experience and/or multidisciplinary care team experience
