• Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses, etc. • Participate in, and often lead, outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs • Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels • Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area • Introduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility criteria (age, income background, education status, etc.) • Guide prospective applicants step-by-step until they are ready to begin their application • Maintain consistent contact with your pipeline through calls, texts, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings • Keep thorough and timely notes in all required online systems
• Minimum of a 2‑year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) • Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields • Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry • Ability to work independently with strong follow‑through and time management • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county • Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times • Current valid Driver's License
