📋 Description

• Maintain, enhance, and support adoption of Dynamic Quality Systems across workforce development projects • Develop, maintain, and deliver quality monitoring activities, training programs, data tools, performance reporting, and quality-system resources • Lead root cause analysis for quality deficiencies and compliance gaps • Provide data, resources, job-specific skills training, and resolution support • Conduct virtual and onsite quality audits and support follow-up improvement actions • Serve as a subject matter expert on new local, state, and federal guidance • Advise local quality and operations leaders on guidance implications and recommend revisions • Contribute analytics and quality insights to the Monthly Regional Report • Interpret policies for local operations and corporate teams • Support program launches and contract transitions, including service approval processes such as WEX, OJT, ITA, Supportive Services, and Eligibility • Participate in monthly Operations Meetings to review quality results, training initiatives, and support strategies • Review performance data for trends and provide technical assistance for non-compliance or low performance • Participate in pre-audit project reviews, including file reviews, risk assessment, process-gap evaluation, and audit preparation • Identify training needs and review training content with specialists, trainers, leadership, and subject matter experts • Provide program support involving case management, employer services, and partner collaboration • Perform other related duties as assigned and work overtime when required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of progressive relevant work experience • Expertise in quality monitoring, training, coaching, and leading staff in a performance-based environment • Working knowledge of WIOA, TAA, TANF, SNAP/FSET, ES/UI, and applicable local Workforce Service programs • Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • ISO review and audit experience preferred • CWDP preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to disseminate information effectively to diverse audiences verbally and in writing • Exceptional computer literacy • Strong data-entry skills • Proficiency using software programs for correspondence, reports, statistical compilation, and databases • Strong analytical skills • Ability to gather information and provide articulate, solutions-driven options for complex issues • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong listening and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team • Training experience • Valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage • Some travel required • Must adhere to the principles of Extreme Customer Service
