• Diagnose and repair commercial washers and dryers • Install laundry equipment in multi-unit residential buildings • Perform preventative maintenance and service calls • Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing issues • Communicate job status with our operations team • Maintain professional appearance at client properties
🎯 Requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude (“gear-head” mindset) • Comfortable using hand tools • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Ability to work independently • Appliance repair experience (Preferred) • Electrical or plumbing experience (Preferred) • Pump or motor experience (Preferred) • Commercial laundry experience (Preferred) • Welcoming applicants from Automotive mechanics, HVAC technicians, Building maintenance techs, Trade school graduates
