• Support client by handling customer inquiries in response to utility line project notifications. • Manage large amount of inbound and outbound phone calls. • Track inquiries by using various software applications (training to be provided). • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Excellent communication skills both written and oral. • One (1) to three (3) years minimum working in a Customer Interface or Call Center environment. • Ability to work part-time shifts (8AM – 12PM, 11AM – 3PM, or 2PM – 6PM ET)
