📋 Description

• Open tickets or respond to support requests from our partners within defined SLAs. • Apply basic tier 1 configuration changes to remote client systems – wireless access points, switches and firewalls. • Maintain documentation of existing systems as changes are made. • Perform firmware updates on remote client systems. • Escalate support requests to Tier 2, or reroute to the correct team as needed, with detailed notes regarding the initial request and actions taken.

🎯 Requirements

• One (1) year of networking experience or current Network+ / PCNA or equivalent certification. • Novice level understanding of Layers 1-3 of the OSI Model. • Novice level understanding of wireless local area networks. • Experience supporting customer environments in a helpdesk/support capacity. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Consistently demonstrates professionalism. • Written communication • Fanatical attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization • Verbal interactions • Personal presentation • Availability nights/weekends as needed
