📋 Description

• Analyzing learning needs • Designing and developing training materials • Delivering engaging learning experiences that build capability across the FPS2 program • Combining expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation skills to improve performance and support strategic objectives

🎯 Requirements

• All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments • Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond) • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials. • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
