📋 Description
• Conduct assessment of clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities and produce assessment reports • Assure clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly • Select and deliver appropriate intervention to clients experiencing gaps in care • Observe and assess client skills and progress • Review client history and clinical documentation • Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks • Track direct client sessions and maintain timelines • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Early Childhood Education/Development, Special Education, Psychology, or related field • 3+ years certification by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) • 4+ years of experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis services, preferably with people with ASD • Fluency in multiple languages preferred • Sensitivity to working with a diverse population • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
