📋 Description

• Serve as a key operational partner to the SVP of Operations and Strategic Implementation • Anticipate needs and manage competing priorities to ensure initiatives stay on track • Lead and coordinate high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion • Design, document, and implement process flows and standard operating procedures across operational areas • Support strategic initiatives related to healthcare network management and health plan operations • Build strong relationships across departments to drive alignment and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience serving or working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families • Direct experience in healthcare operations, health plan operations, or healthcare network management • Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level operations or initiatives • Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Experience with process design, workflow development, and operational improvement • Strong understanding of managed care, behavioral health operations, and/or IDD services • Familiarity with provider network management • Experience with health plan operations, contracting, or network strategy
