📋 Description

• Support the VP, Revenue by analyzing data related to pricing, sales mix, segmentation, and capacity to identify trends and performance drivers • Support the responsible use of AI by documenting use cases, validating outputs, and assisting with basic model performance monitoring and data quality checks • Utilize analytics tools, automation, and AI-enabled platforms to improve reporting efficiency and analytical workflows, under guidance from senior team members • Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. • Support market research and competitor analysis efforts by collecting data, developing benchmarks, and summarizing insights related to revenue performance • Conduct routine and ad hoc data analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations, and assist in translating findings into clear insights for internal stakeholders • Build, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business decision-making • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to provide data-driven insights that support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and pricing decisions • Assist in forecasting and trend analysis by using historical data to help evaluate business performance and support planning activities • Work with the Ticketing team to help ensure systems and tools (including Ventrata) are set up correctly for reporting, pricing analysis, and capacity tracking • Participate in testing, learning, and adoption of new analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics • Two to three years of experience in a related position • Must have experience with creating reports and models • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business strategies • Comfort using AI tools as part of daily analytical workflows • Data analytics tools experience is preferred (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI). At a minimum, expert proficiency in Excel is required • Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and exceed targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
