📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, high-impact HR projects and programs • Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, governance, and success measures • Translate HR and organizational priorities into project strategies and actionable plans • Independently manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities • Lead and influence cross-functional project teams, HR partners, business leaders, and stakeholders • Establish governance and decision-making processes and facilitate project meetings • Resolve issues, dependencies, competing priorities, and escalate critical matters when appropriate • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies • Analyze project performance, outcomes, and key performance indicators • Develop project updates, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders • Manage project budgets and resource plans • Develop change management, communication, and implementation approaches • Evaluate project processes and implement scalable project management practices • Serve as a project management subject matter expert within HR • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project team members and less-experienced project managers • Build relationships across HR and the broader organization • Comply with company policies and procedures • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 7+ years of prior relevant experience • Proven track record of successful project management, preferably in HR or related domains • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous but not required • Experience in the financial/mortgage industry or job-specific industry • Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation
