📋 Description

• Identify high-leverage questions, build analytical frameworks, and provide recommendations that influence product and leadership decisions • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, conversion, retention, and growth opportunities • Own experiment strategy across product areas, including design, guardrails, interpretation, and cross-experiment analysis • Validate, sharpen, and improve AI-generated analyses and train AI systems over time • Connect insights across product areas, experiments, and data sources to identify patterns and strategic opportunities • Set standards for combining AI with analytical rigor and establish improved team practices • Partner with product, design, engineering, and executive leadership to shape strategy across high-impact product lines

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments • Demonstrated ability to independently identify gaps, frame questions, build answers, and deliver insights • Experience influencing what gets built, not merely reporting on shipped products • Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and power analysis • Daily use of AI tools and understanding of their strengths, hallucination risks, and limitations • Clear writing and confident presentation skills • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and data engineers • Comfortable with Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, and Mode • Strong SQL foundations for reasoning through data logic, validating AI-generated output, and debugging • Ability to work in a consumer-facing, high-growth environment
