📋 Description
• Lead the selection process for new vendors across all business units • Act as the lead negotiator for complex, high-value contracts • Manage the health of existing vendor relationships • Proactively manage the renewal calendar • Design and implement a streamlined procurement workflow • Ensure vendors comply with data privacy regulations
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management • Proven track record managing diverse spend categories • Proficiency in financial modeling and spend analysis tools • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of volume-based pricing • Familiarity with modern tech stack • Experience with data-driven strategies for spend analytics • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
