📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up • Lead high-impact programs with minimal oversight, owning outcomes • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to define plans, milestones, and owners • Identify risks and dependencies, raise issues, and drive decisions • Maintain program visibility through clear written updates for leaders and teams • Engage with technical details including architecture, integrations, and data flows • Run retrospectives after launches and improve planning and execution processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management or similar experience at a technology company • Track record of delivering complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams • Technical depth to engage with engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations • Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize and adjust quickly • Data-driven approach, defining success metrics upfront and measuring against them • Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry (nice to have) • Experience with partner or third-party integrations (nice to have) • Experience using AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, and execution (nice to have)
