📋 Description

• Own early-stage product definition, from problem discovery to well-articulated PRDs, on ambiguous, high-leverage bets. • Embed directly with strategic customers, get into the weeds on their workflows, and translate what you learn into product solutions. • Drive engineering and design forward through influence, breaking down complex problems and building alignment without formal authority. • Make high-stakes product and technical tradeoffs, and contribute to Euclid’s long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably a startup (series A to growth) and/or a software-driven services company. • A history of independently leading high-impact product initiatives through ambiguity. • Demonstrated ability to influence and align engineering, design, and executive stakeholders without managing them. • A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems. • Comfort operating with little structure: you set the priority, the framing, and the bar. • World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame. • An understanding of how web applications are architected, and the implications for how products are built. • Preferred: direct experience in solar, renewables, or energy, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a technical domain and earn credibility with expert customers.
