🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings • Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English • Proven ability to navigate complex psychological terminology in Japanese and English • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Track record of ethical decision-making • Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate nuanced psychological concepts between Japanese and English • Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and effective documentation • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments • No prior experience in AI is required
